Advancing Access, Records and Outreach for Healthy Maternal Inclusion
A 3-year maternal healthcare continuity initiative for migrant and tribal pregnant women in Palghar District. Key features include the AAROHI Health Passport (QR-enabled smart card with portable health records), an AAROHI App for health workers, community maternal volunteers (AAROHI Mitra), and a Migration Alert System to ensure ANC continuity when women move.
